What To Expect In a Session

A QHHT® session usually takes between 4 to 6 hours (or as long as needed) and includes three parts: interview, hypnosis, and debriefing:

a. Interview
We’ll begin with a friendly conversation, usually lasting 2–4 hours. This is an opportunity to explore your life experiences, challenges, and questions. This step helps you relax and feel at ease, paving the way for a personalized and meaningful session.

b. Hypnosis
Next, I’ll guide you into a deep state of relaxation, typically lasting 2–2.5 hours (sometimes up to 3 hours if needed). During this stage, we’ll connect with your Higher Self (Subconscious or SC). Depending on what your Higher Self deems most appropriate for you at the time, this may include insights, guidance, past life memories, or a focus on healing specific areas of your life. Together, we’ll explore the questions you’ve prepared, gaining clarity about your life purpose, challenges, and potential solutions for healing, growth, and transformation.

c. Debriefing
Finally, we’ll spend some time reflecting on the memories, experiences, and insights that arose during your session.

Preparing for Your QHHT® Session

In order to fully receive and accept what your Higher Self (SC) intends for you, it’s important to come with an open mind and without any expectations. Your task during the session is simple: trust and share the very first thoughts that come to your mind. Describe scenes, images, symbols, colors, or sensations such as sounds, smells, tastes, or tactile feelings in as much detail as possible. Even sharing impressions or feelings is sufficient. The more you talk to me and describe what comes up, the deeper you’ll go into trance.

Every client’s experience is unique, based on their individual situation, history, belief systems, and what their Higher Self (SC) deems most appropriate for them to receive. The key is to LET GO, TRUST THE PROCESS, and REMAIN OPEN to whatever insights unfold.

It’s never too early to begin compiling your list of questions, as they play a crucial role in your QHHT® session. Limiting your list to 10 questions or fewer is recommended. For each question you provide, I may ask additional ones to uncover the root causes of the issues, helping you understand their origin. This understanding often leads to release and enables your Higher Self (SC) to guide you toward healing, growth, and transformation. You’re welcome to ask about anything during your session. Common categories include: Health, Relationships, Career/Purpose, Finance/Abundance, or Spiritual/Self.
