What To Expect In a Session

A typical ThetaHealing® session begins with a friendly conversation where you can share what’s on your mind and heart, whether it’s emotional challenges, physical well-being, relationships, abundance, or any other area you wish to shift. During this discussion, we may use muscle testing to uncover the underlying beliefs behind the challenges you’re facing.

You’ll then be gently guided into a meditative Theta state, connecting with the Creator of All That Is. Together, we’ll identify any limiting beliefs, patterns, or emotions that may be holding you back, allowing them to be released and replaced with positive beliefs, clarity, peace, and new insights aligned with your highest potential. Nothing happens without your permission, and you remain fully aware and in control throughout the session.

Your role is simply to relax, stay open, and allow the process to unfold naturally, while I support you in integrating these shifts with ease and grace. Each session is a safe, empowering experience designed to help you move forward in alignment with your true self.
